We provide staff training on privacy and the protection of personal information. Access to personal information within ReTHINK is restricted to those staff members who need the information in order to carry out their job duties. These employees will maintain the information in the strictest of confidence and will not provide access to the personal information to anyone who is not authorized.

We also use technical measures such as passwords, audit trails, encryption, firewalls and other technical security safeguards along with physical measures such as locked filing cabinets, restricted access to our offices and other areas where personal information is stored to maintain and safeguard your personal information.

We will use contractual or other means to ensure a similar level of protection if personal information is being handled by a third party.
